Can we ship on our own FedEx/UPS/USPS/DHL/etc Account?
Yes! We integrate with almost every shipping carrier so each shipment will show up as a line item on your own carrier account. You can also leverage our shipping accounts if you wish.
What happens if a recipient doesn't claim their gift card I send?
You can choose how long you'd like to wait before a gift card link expires. If it expires, the card value goes right back into your account for reuse! The default expiration date is 21 days after generating the link.
How does the Gmail integration work?
Our gmail integration allows you to automatically send out emails without having to copy and paste text. It will send on behalf of you through the gmail account you authorized. The typical use case would be sending a gift card link OR an address collection link to your recipient without having to type out an email.
What is Management/Admin Sending?
A handful of our customers like to send on behalf of their reps on a bulk level. The typical use case would be a manager runs a report and bulk sends out links (from their rep's gmail accounts) or sends out packages that appear to come from their reps. The opportunity/contact owner still will have the activity log in their CRM just like they sent it themselves.
Can I control budget of my team's sends?
All users will be authorized by an admin, and you will be able to control the budget of every user.
